On the morning of Friday, May 5, 2023, City Administrator/Finance Director Ford Handley presented the 2023 State of the City during the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber's First Friday Forum at the Erie Meyer Civic Center in Gulf Shores.
Handley presented on behalf of Mayor Tony Kennon, who was recovering from knee surgery.
