March 17, 2020 - Town Hall Meeting
Orange Beach Mayor Tony Kennon and the City Council held a mostly virtual town hall meeting on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 in the Orange Beach Community Center. The town hall meeting had been previously planned to cover updates to the city's after-school programs, Expect Excellence and Camp Sunshine; however, with the recent coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the U.S., and now Alabama, it was decided to shift the meeting to cover pressing topics related to issues facing Orange Beach. Since the coronavirus situation is changing daily, topics discussed in the meeting will become outdated as new information comes to light.
