The Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach has an expanded selection of art classes this winter in addition to the after-school program for students.
All classes will be held at the Coastal Arts Center at 26389 Canal Road.
The City of Orange Beach, Orange Beach Wildlife Center and Management Program, and Wildlife Resources and Education Network are hosting the Third Annual Gulf Coast Wildlife Rehabilitation Symposium on Feb. 17-18, 2018 at the Orange Beach Community Center, 27235 Canal Road.

During the 2017 Christmas holiday in Orange Beach, all non-essential city offices will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 25th and 26th. City offices will also be closed on New Year’s Day, which falls on a Monday like Christmas.

At the Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach, you might notice a gallery/studio space with functional pottery like bowls, mugs and plates, as well as sculptures.
The World Food Championships at The Wharf attracted individuals from across the country and around the world to Orange Beach in November, opening up new experiences for many.
A section of County Road 4/Brown Lane, just north of the Foley Beach Express toll bridge booth, will be closed for approximately 6 hours for paving on Tuesday, Dec. 19 or Wednesday, Dec. 20, depending on weather conditions.
Work will take place during daytime hours. Detoured traffic will have to travel roughly 2 miles north and make a left onto Roscoe Road.
