The City of Orange Beach will host an open house/grand opening for the new Orange Beach Performing Arts Center on Tuesday, November 16th from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. The City Council meeting and Committee of the Whole will follow at 5 p.m. in the main auditorium.
