Classes
Water Fitness Classes
The Aquatics Center offers Aqua Fit and Water Aerobics classes, which are taught by certified instructors. Both classes include shallow and deep-water, low-impact exercises that use water resistance and equipment to emphasize cardiovascular and resistance exercises as well as stretching for a full body workout. The Aquatics Center provides equipment, but participants are welcome to use their own. Personal equipment must be clean, kept in good condition, and must be taken home after every class. Clean water shoes are allowed but must NOT be worn in and out of the facility for clean hygiene purposes. Classes are dependent on weather and air temperature. The class schedule is subject to change or be canceled seasonally. Water Fitness schedules can be found on the Aquatics Center's Facebook page, website, and at the Aquatics Center front desk.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Cost: $5
Water Aerobics with Justine
Instructor: Justine Clarke
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Cost: $5
Annual Fitness Class Pass
All Aquatics Center classes (Aqua Fit and Water Aerobics) are included with the Annual Fitness Class Pass and the 15 Fitness Class Punch Card. Punch cards can be purchased at the Fitness Center and Aquatics Center desk. The Annual Fitness Class Pass, can be purchased at the Fitness Center membership desk.
Lifeguard Training
Lifeguard Training will be offered in March at the Aquatics Center. Prerequisites apply. The fee is $175. Please call the Aquatics Center to learn more.
