For patients transported after September 1, 2023, you may pay your ambulance bill online on the EMS Management & Consultants website. For questions about billing, call EMS MC at 1-800-814-5339. You may also mail a check to the address provided on your bill or bring your payment to the Fire Administration building located at 25855 John M Snook Drive in Orange Beach.

Medical records for EMS transport fall under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 2015 (HIPAA). In order to receive a copy of your own personal medical records, you must submit a Public Records Request form (included below). Please make sure to include the patient's full name, date of transport, and a description of the records you are requesting.

Please note: For attorneys or other representatives requesting medical records for a client, you must include an authorization signed by the patient with your request.

Fire hydrants within the City of Orange Beach are maintained by the Orange Beach Water Authority. For any problem relating to a fire hydrant, please give them a call at 251-981-4233.

Yes, we do have Station Pride shirts for sale from sizes small up to 3XL. We are unable to ship t-shirts, but you are welcome to pick one up at our Administration Office located at 25855 John Snook Drive in Orange Beach between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Monday through Friday). Acceptable forms of payment include cash and Venmo.

Under the Leave Only Footprints campaign, items left on the beach overnight will be disposed of by Orange Beach Coastal Resources. This includes tents, canopies, beach chairs, toys, etc. Please visit the Leave Only Footprints Campaign page to learn more.

Any open fires or use of flammable items, including but not limited to charcoal or gas grills, torches, (e.g., Tiki torches, etc.), and/or fireworks are considered inappropriate and unlawful per Ordinance 2005-946.

No. Gas-fired grills shall not be used on any balcony or under any overhanging portion or within 10 feet of any structure.

There is no open burning inside the city limits (for example - trash, grass, brush).
