- Your request must be submitted at least 2-4 weeks prior to the event date
- In the event of an emergency, we cannot guarantee our crews or apparatus will attend your event. Our units may need to respond to emergencies in real-time and may be called away from your event
- We cannot guarantee participation at your event, even if we have supported it before
- All requests are first come, first served and are based on availability
We will notify you if your request is approved
