Marine Division

The Marine Division enforces the city ordinances within the police jurisdiction on the water. This jurisdiction is comprised of approximately 69 miles of running water coastline on the inland bays, bayous, coves, and estuaries. It also includes 7 miles of coastline directly on the Gulf of Mexico extending out one in half miles. The Marine Division works with other municipal, state, and federal agencies upon request.
