Code Enforcement helps protect the health, safety, and appearance of the City by ensuring properties comply with local codes and ordinances. This includes addressing issues such as unsafe structures, zoning issues, and property maintenance concerns.

If you observe a potential code violation, please report it through the City’s online Permit Portal or by contacting the Code Enforcement Inspector directly. Reports help the City address concerns efficiently and maintain a safe and well-kept community for everyone.

The following matters do not fall under Code Enforcement:

Animal Control, Beach or Dune Damage, Criminal Activity, Facility Maintenance, Parking, Traffic, Unreasonable Noise, Water Quality, Water Activities, and Wildlife.
