Let’s kick off Parks and Rec Month with a groovy twist! Join us at the Senior Center for an evening of classic rock tunes, great community vibes, and hands-on crafting. Whether you're a tie-dye pro or trying it for the first time, this is the perfect way to create a colorful, custom souvenir to wear all summer long.
How It Works
Step 1: Grab a plain, white cotton item from home (like a T-shirt, socks, a canvas tote bag, or a pillowcase).
Step 2: Head over to the Senior Center between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Step 3: Use the dye stations, rubber bands, and squirt bottles we provide to design your unique masterpiece. Our team will be on hand to help with cool patterns like spirals and stripes!
Know Before You Go
Admission & Fees: This event is completely free to attend. We supply all the tie-dye materials, colors, and instructions—all you need to bring is the white clothing item you want to dye!
Pro-Tip: Tie-dye can get a little messy! We highly recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting a splash of color on, just in case.
