Classes
Studio Classes available:
- Glass Blowing - weekday mornings (Minimum age: 8)
- Pottery - M-Thu. mornings (Minimum age: 13)
- Visual Arts (current class list is below with various fees)
Appointments are required for The Hot Shop and The Clay Studio: 251-981-ARTS (2787).
Fees
- "Make Your Own" hot glass or clay pottery lessons - $95
- Private glass blowing class - $225 per hour (Available after taking the general class lesson. Minimum Age 8+ to blow glass)
- Fused glass suncatchers - $35-up
- Pick-n-Paint - starts at $35-up
- AGE REQUIREMENT: Children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Class Price: $125 Per Student
Class Info: Maximum 8 spots available from 5-7:30pm scheduled for individual 30 minute timeslots.
- Includes one Swedish bowl or drinking glass per student- colors of their choice.
- Student work available for pick-up the following Wednesday
- Students will check-in at The Hot Shop 10 minutes prior to appointment time and must provide a receipt of payment and sign a waiver for their scheduled class time.
- Payment is non-refundable if students miss their scheduled class time.

The City of Orange Beach has partnered with ActiveNet to simplify and secure registration for arts and activities. To register for one of the art classes below, simply click on the link provided to sign up. Once you are on the ActiveNet site, click "Create an Account" and enter your information. You must then check your email to activate your account. The ActiveNet system securely stores your information, making registration for future classes much easier. Your information is never shared with a third party. Coastal Arts Student
Academy Wonderful Wednesdays
These classes are geared toward students in 3rd-6th grade, with all supplies provided and step-by-step instruction given. Younger students can participate with parents staying in class to help. You must reserve your spot in advance by calling 251-981-2787.
