New to the Permit Portal?
To get started, visit the Permit Portal, click My Account, and select Register Now to create your username and password.
Applications Available on the Portal:
- Building Permit - new construction, additions, renovations, alterations, repairs, moving or relocation, and demolition of building structures
- Site Permit - site work and land disturbances including: stormwater, excavation, dredging, site clearing, tree removal, landscaping, driveway, retaining walls, and seawalls/bulkheads
- Trade Work - electrical, mechanical, plumbing, gas, and fire systems
- Swimming Pools
- Signs
- Drone Use
- Small Wireless Facility (Right-Of-Way)
